Dr. William L. Perkinson

Dr. Perkinson joins EDS with over 20 years of full scope oral surgery experience. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery specialty training at John Stroger/Cook County Hospital in 2004 and a one-year oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at Cook County Hospital in 2000. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the West Virginia University School of Dentistry.

Dr. Perkinson is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is board certified with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Perkinson’s clinical interests include dentoalveolar surgery, including removal of wisdom teeth, dental and facial trauma, general anesthesia and IV sedation, oral pathology, dental implants and bone grafting.

Dr. Perkinson is an active member in the Glen Ellyn community, along with his wife Meredith. He enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling and spending time with his family.
