Dr. Kinnary Desai

Dr. Kinnary Desai was born and raised in Aurora, IL. She is thrilled to be back in the area and serving the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she was selected as a proud member of the Senior 100 Honorary upon graduation. Dr. Desai pursued her dental training at LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree as well as a Masters in Health Services Administration degree.

Following completion of her DMD/MHSA degrees, Dr. Desai completed a General Practice Residency with the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs in Green Bay and Milwaukee. It was there she discovered her true passion for Endodontics and for both, saving her patients' natural teeth, as well as alleviating any sources of dental pain. After two years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Desai went on to earn her Specialty Certificate of Advanced Study in Endodontics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Desai is a Board Eligible Endodontist with the American Board of Endodontics. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. She has a deep-"rooted" passion for teeth and strives to be a lifelong learner.

While out of the office, Dr. Desai enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants with her fiancé, spending time with her friends and family and the occasional Netflix binge.
